Floors poured like stone. Finished like art.
A seamless, engineered flooring system with the veined depth of quarried stone, made for multifamily communities, hospitality destinations, and homes that refuse to compromise.
Where carpet wears out and wood gives in, stone flows on.
Traditional flooring was never made for the demands of shared living and high-traffic luxury. FlowStone was. The system is applied as one continuous surface, mineral veined like quarry-cut stone, then sealed for years of traffic. No wax, no refinishing, no reflooring between tenants.

ExploreThree finishes, drawn from the earth.
Every FlowStone floor begins in one of three signature finishes, each with its own character, all with the same engineered backbone.
The Forge metallic
Molten movement, frozen in place. Metallic pigments swirl through the pour to create depth that shifts as the light moves through the day: the floor you choose when the room needs a signature.
View The ForgeThe Quarry stain
The warmth of natural stone, mined through color. Reactive stain is applied by hand in multiple passes, so each floor carries organic variation and earthen tone, with color names drawn from the Appalachian landscape.
View The QuarryThe Pestle solid
Quiet, uniform, architectural. Meticulously blended solid shades in a smooth matte finish let the rest of the room speak: the disciplined choice for design-forward developments.

Every shade is named on the Origins Collections color chart: 14 metallic, 14 stain, and 9 solid. A sampling, straight from the chart.

Built for the demands of living.
FlowStone is engineered for everyone who touches the building: developers, builders, managers, and the people who live on it.
No Turnover Reflooring
Carpet and vinyl are replaced on a turnover cycle. FlowStone is poured once, and standard turnover cleaning is all that is required between tenants.
Seamless by Design
One continuous surface with no grout lines, seams, or transitions. Seamless means there are no gaps where dirt and bacteria can accumulate.
Compliance, Covered
Class A fire rating (ASTM E84: 0 flame spread, 0 smoke developed). ADA compliant with a 0.85 coefficient of friction. Ready for specification.
Effortless Upkeep
Sweep or vacuum, then damp mop with a pH-neutral cleaner. No waxing, no stripping, no refinishing.
Flexible Installation
A standard apartment unit installs in three days, per our technical data sheet. The schedule fits construction timelines instead of fighting them.
Green Friendly
Low VOC, with TVOC under 0.04 mg/m3 (CDPH v1.2). And a floor that is not replaced every few years keeps flooring out of landfills.
Proof, poured in place.
Recent multifamily communities have installed more than 860,000 square feet of FlowStone in units, corridors, and amenity spaces.
