Certification is the reason we can stand behind the floor. Warranties are available through certified applicators, and FlowStone technical support is available exclusively to certified installers: project-specific recommendations, mock-ups, and troubleshooting, straight from the technical department. The crew finishing your floor is never guessing.
Every floor is hand-finished by people who answer for their work. That is the coverage we would want on our own project, so it is the coverage we offer on yours.
Maintenance is a mop.

Routine Cleaning
Sweep or vacuum regularly to remove loose debris. Damp mop with a pH-neutral cleaner as needed. That is the entire routine.
What to Avoid
Skip harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and acidic solutions. The finish does not need them, and it will thank you for the restraint.
Never on the Calendar
No waxing, no stripping, no refinishing, ever. The seamless surface has no grout lines or gaps where dirt and bacteria can accumulate.
Between Tenants
Standard turnover cleaning is all that is required between tenants. The floor stays; only the keys change hands.
During Construction
On active projects, cover the finished floor with heavy-duty breathable protection, such as masonite or reinforced kraft paper, and keep it in place until all trades are complete.
