Privacy Policy.
Effective July 23, 2026
The short version.
We built this site to collect almost nothing. Here is the whole story in five lines.
- No analytics and no analytics cookies today. The site sets no cookies at all.
- When you send us a form, it becomes an email to us. Nothing else happens to it.
- Photos you upload to the visualizer are processed in your browser and never leave it.
- We do not sell or share your personal information. Not for advertising, not for anything.
- If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it.
What we collect.
Form submissions. When you request a consultation, samples, or partner information, what you type is delivered to us as email at info@flowstonefloor.com. No submission database exists on this site. There are no accounts and no visitor profiles.
Analytics.
None today. This site currently loads no analytics and sets no analytics cookies.
If we ever enable analytics, it will load only after you accept a consent banner. The defaults are set to denied before anything else runs, so declining, or simply ignoring the banner, means the analytics tag is never requested. A browser sending Global Privacy Control is treated as a decline that persists. Only a deliberate Accept from you overrides it.
What stays on your device.
Two things live in your browser and nowhere else. The partner-library unlock is held in sessionStorage and disappears when your tab session ends. Photos you upload to the finish visualizer are processed entirely in your browser and are never transmitted to us or to anyone else. That is a design commitment, not a setting.
Outside services.
Our fonts are self-hosted, so visiting this site calls no font network. There are no advertising pixels, no chat widgets, no session recording, and no fingerprinting.
Sharing.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it, including in the sense the California Privacy Rights Act gives that word. No advertising networks, no data brokers, no cross-context sharing of any kind.
Your California rights.
California residents can ask us what we have about them (the right to know), ask us to delete it, and ask us to correct it. We will never treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, email info@flowstonefloor.com or call (949) 709-3986. We respond within 45 days. For most requests the honest answer will be simple: we have the emails you sent us.
Retention.
Emails you send us are kept as ordinary business correspondence, the way any builder keeps letters from the people they work with. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Children.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes.
When our practices change, this policy changes with them, and the effective date at the top of this page moves. The date is the record.
Contact.
Questions about this policy, or a request to make? Email info@flowstonefloor.com or call (949) 709-3986. A person reads both.
